As we get ready for summer, the faculty has begun setting goals for next year. One of our primary goals is to increase both the frequency and ease of communication with our music families. The first step is to ask that you subscribe to our email notifications. These will come whenever an article is posted to the front page of www.scnmusic.com. Don't worry, we won't be crowding your email inbox, as we typically post to the site once a week or less. But these communications are essential, and we realize that stopping by the website every day is not going to be feasible for many of you. This automated process makes it easy for you and your family to stay informed.

Our initial email service was bought-out (and consequently dissolved) by NBC. Within the last year we switched to Feedburner, which is owned by Google. The Feedburner email updates have been highly reliable. If you have received an email from scnmusic.com within the last few months, you can rest assured you are registered with this service. However most families are not, so we ask that you do so at this time. It is very easy to do and only takes a minute of your time.

After entering your email you will receive a confirmation email with a link that will validate your decision to receive the updates. Please be sure to click on the link. If you do not receive a validation email after 30 minutes, please check your "junk" or "spam" folders.

If you are one of those "Tech-Savvy" folks that use an rss reader, you can also follow this link to subscribe and incorporate our news into your favorite feed reader.
