Parent Volunteers Needed
We are in need of parent volunteers to help sort and distribute concert wear on September 25, 26, and 27.
Concert Wear Pick-Up
Dresses and Tuxes ordered during the Music Department Fitting Days will be available for pick-up Wednesday Sept. 26 and Thursday Sept. 27th during the times listed below.
Students should try on their concert wear ASAP at home to be sure it fits.
If there is an issue with size (NOT hemming, only size), please contact Mike Kolodziej at: email@example.com and return the item to your student’s music director no later than Wednesday, October 3rd. Any sizing issues after October 3rd will be the responsibility of the families to remedy.
All alternations (i.e. hemming etc) are the responsibility of the families.
Location: Orchestra Room 142
Wednesday, Sept 26th: 2:20-3:30 pm and 6:00-7:30 pm
Thursday, Sept 27th: 2:20-3:30 pm and 6:00-7:30 pm
